Mitchells & Butlers PLC in St Albans is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of. You’ll oversee a busy service, train your chefs, and ensure every dish meets high standards while maintaining brand guidelines.

This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage (£13.36 per hour plus tips) with tips, flexible shifts, staff discounts, and progression opportunities across our pubs and brands.
