inploi is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy brasserie in the UK, balancing reservations, inspiring the team, and crafting memorable dining moments for guests.

You will ensure seamless service across brunch to late hours, manage a P&L, and cultivate a warm, vibrant culture where staff take pride in their work. If you love hospitality and can turn meals into moments, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who can motivate, mentor, and make things happen.
• Lover of hospitality - and a knack for making people smile.
• Commercially savvy, bringing a hands-on attitude and genuine openness.
• Experience running a busy restaurant or bar (ideally something a little ooh la la).
