Job summary

ABrasserie is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy all-day French brasserie in the United Kingdom. You’ll inspire the team, manage reservations, and ensure a joyful, high-service atmosphere.

Candidates should be natural leaders with a hands-on, hospitality-focused mindset, strong commercial sense, and experience running a busy restaurant or bar.
