aBrasserie is seeking a General Manager to lead a vibrant, all-day brasserie where food, wine, and warmth define daily experiences. You’ll steer reservations, inspire the team, and keep the atmosphere buzzing with joie de vivre.

This role calls for a hands-on leader who loves hospitality and delivering memorable moments for guests. Expect to juggle operations, mentoring, and commercial oversight, ensuring the team feels proud to call the brasserie home.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who can motivate, mentor, and make things happen.
• A lover of hospitality — and a knack for making people smile.
• Commercially savvy, bringing a hands-on attitude and genuine openness.
• Experience running a busy restaurant or bar (ideally something a little ooh la la).
