Job summary

Sous Chef role at Miller & Carter, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, located in Shirley. You will lead a kitchen section, coach a team, and step in for the Head Chef when needed, driving service quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef in a busy kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and procedures.

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
