Job summary

The Sourdough Company Ltd is recruiting Production Operatives in Shipdham for ongoing roles on Day and Night Shifts, with a 3 on / 3 off rotation after training. Initial hours: Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:00pm, then move to 3 on / 3 off shifts with starts at 6:00am or 7:00pm.

You’ll join a busy production environment to assemble, pack and check products, carry out quality checks and adhere to health and safety procedures. Training is provided, and 12-hour shifts with free parking are available.

Qualifications

• No previous production experience is required; full training provided.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and a 3 on / 3 off rotation.

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for ongoing opportunities on both Day and Night Shifts.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy production environment with a structured 3 on / 3 off shift pattern following an initial training period.

Initially, you will work:

Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 2:00pm

After the initial few weeks, you will move onto a 3 days on / 3 days off, 12-hour shift pattern, with a potential start time of:

6:00am or 7:00am

Sunday – Thursday | 10:00pm – 6:00am

After the initial few weeks, you will move onto a 3 days on / 3 days off, 12-hour shift pattern, with a potential start time of:

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Operative, your duties will include:

• Working as part of a busy production team
• Assembling, packing and checking products
• Carrying out quality checks
• Following production and health & safety procedures
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
