Job summary

Workforce Recruitment Group Limited is recruiting Production Operatives in Fareham for a stable, fast-paced manufacturing role. You will support production, monitor machinery, perform quality checks and ensure health and safety compliance.

The position is full-time, temporary with 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights) and a 4 days on/4 days off pattern. Weekly pay, uniform, PPE facilities and on-site parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates with previous manufacturing or production experience will fit well.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures and PPE rules.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in Fareham. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing or production experience who are looking for a stable role within a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Fareham

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Role Type: Full-time, Temporary

Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off

Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts

About the Role

As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a manufacturing team supporting the production of flexible packaging products. You will assist with production processes, monitor machinery, carry out quality checks and ensure products are prepared correctly while maintaining high standards of health and safety.
