Looking for a hands‑on role with long‑term career prospects? We're recruiting Production Operatives to join a growing manufacturing team in Dover. No previous manufacturing experience is required as full training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating production machinery
• Monitoring quality and production processes
• Carrying out product quality checks
• Handling materials safely
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

What We're Looking For

Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.

Shift Pattern

• 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights
• 5:45am to 6:15pm / 5:45pm to 6:15am
• Average 40.25 hours per week
• £12.71 per hour days / £14.62 per hour nights
