Provide tailored educational, personal development, and accessibility support to learners with SEN across diverse curriculum areas.
Act as an active, designated College First Aider, responding swiftly to campus medical needs and ensuring learner safety.
Support learners with personal care, mobility needs, and physical well-being with dignity and respect.
Assist in delivering outcomes outlined in individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and person-centred support plans.
Help students develop self-advocacy, study skills, and confidence to access all college services and activities.
Collaborate with teaching staff, support coordinators, and external key workers to update support plans and report progression.
Essential First Aid certification (or immediate willingness to gain certification), alongside Level 2 (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Empathetic, flexible, and enthusiastic, with an understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to supporting learners with personal care and mobility needs.
Ability to commute reliably to Bromley for a term-time schedule.
