  • Help evaluate student progress and contribute to the updates of person-centred support plans.
  • Proactively identify barriers to learning and apply intervention strategies to resolve difficulties.
  • Liaise with parents, key workers, and external support agencies as required.

Job description

We are partnering with a progressive Further Education institution to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. In this impactful role, you will work alongside teaching staff to empower young people and adults with special educational needs (SEN), breaking down barriers to learning and guiding students toward achieving the goals set out in their Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
