Job summary

Medacs Healthcare in Salisbury is seeking a Community Registered Nurse (Band 5) to deliver urgent mental health and crisis care within the Five Rivers area. You will assess needs, work with families and partner agencies, and coordinate with A&E and inpatient services to ensure safe, person-centred care.

The role requires active NMC registration, at least 6 months NHS community experience, and eligibility to work in the UK.
