Job summary

Medacs Healthcare in Wiltshire is seeking an experienced Community Registered Nurse (Band 5) to deliver urgent mental health assessments and coordinate crisis care. You will work with families and partner agencies to provide safe, person-centred care. The role requires active NMC registration, at least 6 months NHS community experience, and eligibility to work in the UK. We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay (£25–£32/hr) and 24/7 recruitment support.

Qualifications

• Registered with the NMC and active.
• Minimum 6 months NHS experience in Community nursing.
