Job summary

Medacs Healthcare is seeking an experienced Community Registered Nurse Band 5 for Malmesbury. This role focuses on urgent mental health assessments, crisis support for children and young people, and development of crisis plans within community settings.

You will work closely with families, carers and partner agencies, coordinating with A&E and inpatient teams to ensure safe, person-centred care while maintaining NHS standards.

Qualifications

• NMC registration required and active.
• Minimum 6 months NHS experience in Community nursing.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
