Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Community Registered Nurse (Band 5) to support patients in the Salisbury area. The role involves flexible agency shifts, including long days, weekends and nights, with competitive pay and first access to agency shifts across NHS trusts.

You will undertake urgent mental health and risk assessments, support children and young people in crisis, develop and review crisis plans, and collaborate with families, carers and partner services to deliver safe, person-centred
