Job summary

The Floorbrite Group Limited is recruiting at Salford Rugby Stadium to lead the on-site cleaning operations and service delivery. You will oversee staffing, payroll, and performance against KPIs, ensuring excellent client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to identify opportunities for growth while maintaining on-site health and safety and policy adherence.

• Maintain consistency under pressure.
• Ability to manage a busy operation and flexibility to manage all associated shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the service delivery of all cleaning and associated services.
• To effectively manage the structure on site to ensure delivery of KPI’s & SLA’s.
• To manage all recruitment to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times.
• Management of HR process to include absence management, holidays and performance.
• To proactively manage the service delivery and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the client.
• Attend all site meeting as required and provide appropriate information to the Regional Manager.
• To complete and submit accurate payroll.
• To ensure inspections and quality audit procedures are completed to a high standard and on time each month.
• To ensure the health & safety policy is implemented and adhered to.
• To ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented, adhered to and communicated to all site operatives.
• To continually monitor and highlight the training needs for all cleaning operatives and arrange training when appropriate.
• To accurately manage the stock levels of cleaning equipment, materials and consumables.

40 hours a week – flexible shift times

5 days out of 7 but will predominantly be weekends
