This is a two bedroom Children’s Home with one settled young person who is thriving, where you will:
Ensure each young person has a tailored plan that addresses their care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
Working with the recruitment teams support, bring in the right people for your home to ensure your success. Complete company induction and personal development plans, retaining a strong team to ensure familiar faces for the young people.
Develop systems to consult young people about the care they receive.
Assign a Key Worker to each young person to implement their care plan.
Establish and monitor high-quality care standards in line with the quality standards and the Home’s Statement of Purpose.
Take responsibility for addressing any complaints or child protection concerns.
Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals to promote the welfare of young people.
Attend and contribute to care planning and review meetings as appropriate.
Ensure the children in your service are cared for at the best possible standard.
Ensure you manage your home aligned to budget expectations.
