Be Personnel Ltd advertises a Kiln Operator role in Rosyth on a temp to permanent basis. Duties include rinsing and weighing fish trolleys, recording weights, temperature controls, and managing workloads in a small team. You will operate kilns for smoking/cooking fish and maintain CCP documentation.

The role involves moving trolleys, dust mixing to spec, and cleaning smoke generators, with 4 on 4 off shifts (18:00-06:30, 05:30-18:00) and weekly pay with holiday allowance.

• Move in a controlled process trolleys of fish
• Use of programmed Kilns
• Smoking / Cooking of fish through Kilns
• Mixing of dusts to specification
• Cleaning of Smoke Generators
