Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment in Preston is seeking part-time Class 1 drivers to support a leading parcel distribution company. Shifts include afternoons and nights, with Sundays and Fridays required and additional shifts available.

Applicants must have at least 6 months of commercial Class 1 driving experience, a valid UK DCPC card and a Digi-Tacho card. Up to 6 points may be considered, but DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements are not accepted. VISA/relocation not provided.

About you:

You will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 6 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we cannot accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and be able to monitor and keep your working hours accordingly.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
