Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking a Class 1 Driver for Bradford. You will perform multi-drop deliveries, handle palletised goods and maintain vehicle checks with a focus on load security and safety. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with 0730 starts and weekly pay.

Applicants should hold a Class 1 licence with at least two years of driving experience, a UK DCPC and Digi-tacho card. A clean, professional appearance and right to work in the UK are essential.

• Multidrop experience and operations
• UK DCPC and Digi-tacho card required
• Clean driving record with up to 6 points considered

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 1 (Cat C+E) vehicle for multi-drop deliveries and collections
• Handle palletised goods and perform regular vehicle checks
• Complete paperwork and follow site procedures
• Maintain load security and safe handling of loads
• Presentable, customer-facing role with professional conduct

• Correctly securing loads using straps and other restraints (mainly ratchet and strap)
• Awareness of load distribution and vehicle stability

• Vehicle checks and the usual paperworkAs this is a customer facing role, we are looking for people who are clean and tidy and havethe ability to deal with different types of people.

About you
