Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for Class 1 Drivers in Haydock to work with our client, who is one of the UK's leading supermarket chains. You will be a UK resident with a Class 1 Licence and 2 years driving experience. You must hold UK DCPC and a valid Digi-tacho card, and you may have up to 6 points (no DD, TT, DR, CD, IN).

Qualifications

• Class 1 driving licence and at least 2 years commercial driving experience.
• UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card required.
• Up to 6 points may be accepted; specific endorsements (DD, TT, DR, CD, IN) are not.
• Must comply with WTD regulations and manage working hours.

Responsibilities

• Ambient and chilled store deliveries.
• Clean work with well maintained vehicles.

Hours: Start bands 21:00 - 02:00 (OT available after 48 hours)

Experience: 2 years Class 1 driving experience required

About you:

You will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 2 years experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and be able to monitor and keep your working hours accordingly.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
