H&S Direct Solutions Limited t/a Flexecare is seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker to help clients live independently at home in Preston. The role involves person-centred care, assisting with showers, dressing, toileting, meals and prompting medication while keeping the client safe and comfortable.

Formación

• Experience in personal care or willingness to train in care.
• Ability to perform showers, dressing, toileting and meals with client dignity.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain a DBS check and comply with infection control.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with daily activities including showers, dressing and meals.
• Prompt for medications and ensure safety and independence at home.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.

The role entails giving person centred care, to both males and females with showers, helping to get dressed, toileting, helping with meals and prompting medication, thinking outside of the box and how we can enable them to stay safe and independent at home.

We provide in house training, induction and professional development including attainment of the Care Certificate and working toward a vocational qualification (NVQ).

We provide a safe environment to work in, providing all required PPE, and have high standards for infection control and in doing so protect our client' and staff.

We do require a DBS check so please make us aware of anything likely to show up on a check.

We have an amazing community team - a great reputation and have achieved a GOOD rating with CQC for how we care for our client' and staff.

Collectively, the management have many years of experience in the Care Industry, and offer our staff support, guidance, mentorship, encouragement, and gratitude.
