Professional Carers in Wirral is hiring dedicated Care Assistants to deliver home care across the borough. Roles include days, lates, and nights with competitive pay and in-house training prior to start.

We offer mileage pay, bonuses for night shifts, enhanced rates on bank holidays, flexible hours and opportunities for NVQs and Care Certificate. Join our award-winning team with supportive supervisors and a 24/7 on-call line.

- Community Based Nights attached to our Mobile Nights Team - limited vacancies exist.

Excellent rates of pay regardless of age, including paid in house training prior to role commencement.

Mileage payment of 40p per mile for car drivers.

£10 Driver bonus per shift, for night shift workers when carrying a passenger - this takes the night shift rate to £14.96 per hour!

Enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays.

Weekend on, weekend off rota [every other week] *role dependant.

Weekly and 4 weekly pay *role dependant.

Opportunities to gain formal qualifications, such as NVQs, QCFs, HNDs and the Care Certificate as standard.

Free uniform, personal protective equipment, and a mobile phone.

The Role:-

Supporting with personal care, nutritional support, social care, welfare checks and medication administration to individuals based within their own homes.

Working unsupervised, alone or as a pair.

Supported by a team of supervisors and a 24/7 on call team.

Shifts available include Community days 7am - 2pm, lates 4pm - 10pm.

Night Shifts 9pm - 6am
