Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant – Driver Only in Totton/Southampton to provide in-home support with dignity and comfort. The role requires a full UK driving licence and involves visiting clients at their homes to assist with daily routines and personal care, building trust and companionship.

Applications are restricted to female applicants for a Genuine Occupational Requirement. We offer full training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, mileage paid, a pension, and access to on-demand

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication
