Job summary

HAVESTERS in Portsmouth is seeking a dedicated care assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred support to clients in their own homes. You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and participation in activities that promote independence and safety.

As a care worker, you will monitor health changes, keep accurate records, follow care plans, and adhere to safeguarding and health & safety policies while delivering compassionate, respectful care.

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
