Randstad Education is seeking an ambitious English Teacher for a temporary fixed-term role in a high-performing English Department, with an immediate start or next term. You will teach KS3–KS4, plan aligned with the National Curriculum and GCSE English, use data to raise attainment, maintain an inclusive classroom, and act as Form Tutor to support student wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Degree in English or related field.
• Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school.
• Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Search Criteria

We are looking for a Secondary English Teacher who is ready to deliver results across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute lessons aligned with the National Curriculum and GCSE English specifications.
