Cylch Meithrin Blodau Bach in Wales is seeking a caring Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join a friendly team. You will support young children aged 0-7 years, helping them to feel safe, valued and engaged in a nurturing environment.

In this hands-on, early years role, you will work with colleagues to plan and deliver play-based activities, support development across key areas, and foster positive relationships with families.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team.

The successful applicant will play an important role in supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-7 years. Working as part of a team, you will help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.

This is a hands-on role within a classroom environment, where no two days are the same. You will work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging play-based learning experiences that meet the individual needs and interests of the children. You will also support children's personal, social and emotional development, encourage their independence, and help to build positive relationships with parents and carers.

The successful applicant will be expected to contribute to maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment, follow all safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies, and work collaboratively with the wider staff team to ensure the highest standards of care and education are provided at all times.

Salary: Starting at Minimimum Wage

Contract: Temporary. There may be opportunity to extend your contrant or move to a permanant contract at the end of your term.
