Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting a committed Support Worker to join an exceptional nursing home in Hampshire, Milford on Sea area. You will promote well-being and provide high-quality personal care to residents, supporting independence and companionship.

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is required. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with varied shifts, offering induction, training, enhanced DBS costs, and staff recognition schemes.

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Milford on Sea area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

As the Support Worker your key duties include:

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• A good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience of working in a care setting

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.80 - £13.45 per hour - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 36 hours a week on a mix of shifts.
