Job summary

Choice Support is hiring Bank Support Workers to join our teams in Crewe, Cheshire. We support people with learning disabilities, autistic people and people with mental health needs to live with choice, belonging and opportunity.

No two days are the same; duties include cooking and cleaning, taking part in activities and games, and helping manage behaviours with guidance from senior staff. This is a part-time, on-site contract role paying from £12.82 an hour.

No two days will be the same supporting people to achieve their very best. You will have a varied array of tasks whilst on shift; everything from cooking & cleaning, taking part in activities and games or managing challenging behaviours. We aim to create a positive, relaxed home environment where the people we support feel safe, supported & listened to. You will be supported and guided by senior staff members to establish appropriate boundaries, manage behaviours effectively and nurture the people we support towards positive futures.
