Job summary

Choice Support is seeking Bank Support Workers to join our teams in Milton Keynes. You will assist with daily tasks, engage in activities, and support people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

DBS checks are part of safer recruitment, and you will work across a 24/7 service with flexible bank shifts. We provide training and supervision to help you develop the right approach, values, and boundaries while supporting individuals toward positive futures.

We're looking for Bank Support Workers to join our amazing teams in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
No two days will be the same supporting people to achieve their very best. You will have a varied array of tasks whilst on shift; everything from cooking & cleaning, taking part in activities and games, managing challenging behaviours and even putting your feet up watching TV with the people you are supporting. We aim to create a positive, relaxed home environment where the people we support feel safe, supported & listened to. You will be supported and guided by senior staff members to establish appropriate boundaries, manage behaviours effectively and nurture the people we support towards positive futures.
Hours Bank hours available. 0 hour contract.
This is a 24-hour service 7 days a week, so flexibility is required.
You will be required to do sleep-ins.
Location Wolverton, Milton Keynes.
