This is a role with challenge, growth, and purpose at its heart. It’s a role that inspires others and brings your creative mind to life.
You will be supporting 6 residents, both male and female who have learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities and require support with all daily living tasks. This is a residential care service and the people we support are fully dependent on us.
You will ensure all personal care tasks are carried out with respect for privacy and dignity and in line with the needs, wishes and preferences of the individual as defined in their support plans. You will work as part of a team and liaise with medical professionals to provide the best quality of care and support to these individuals.
