Hallfield School in Edgbaston, UK, is seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our Early Years team. You must hold a full Level 3 Early Years qualification and be able to work with children from 3 months to 3 years in a nurturing environment.
The role involves supporting planning and delivery of play and learning, maintaining high standards of care routines and observations, building strong relationships with parents, and collaborating with colleagues and external professionals.
Start Date: November 2026 Location: Hallfield School, Edgbaston, B15 Salary: £26,509 - £29,263 per annum, dependent on relevant experience, skills and qualifications
We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals, who must hold a full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification to provide exceptional early years care and education.
Full time: 40 hrs per week (Monday – Friday). Rotation of early/mid/late shifts (between the hours of 7:30am and 6:15pm). Part time may be considered.
Contract Terms; Working all year round with 30 days paid annual leave plus paid bank holidays (pro rate for part time).
