Job summary

Millbrook Healthcare Group in Torbay is seeking an RSP Technician to join our warehouse team at the service centre. You will work within a motivated team to photograph, recycle and service specialist community equipment, ensuring accurate records and efficient processes.

Key responsibilities include maintaining bespoke products in the provider equipment catalogue, liaising with manufacturers and local authority colleagues, and supporting stock checks and reporting as required to drive service

Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical skills to repair and service equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively as part of the warehouse team within the service centre.
• Manage the photographing, recycling and servicing of specialist community equipment.
• Maintain and administer key bespoke products on the provider equipment catalogue.
• Liaise with specialist equipment manufacturers and suppliers.
• Work with local authority teams e.g. commissioners and practitioners.

• Generate and produce reports and attend meetings as required.
• Undertake specialist project work to support the management team.

The Role:

• Work effectively as part of the warehouse team within the service centre
• Manage the photographing, recycling and servicing of specialist community equipment
• Maintain and administer key bespoke products on the provider equipment catalogue
• Liaise with specialist equipment manufacturers and suppliers
• Work in partnership and liaise with local authority teams e.g. commissioners and practitioners
• Support the team with yearly stock checks and general warehouse duties as required
• Generate and produce reports and attend meetings as required
• You may also undertake specialist project work to support the management team

About you:

• Electro-mechanical skills are required to repair and service equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
• Must be able to work off your own initiative as well as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence is desirable
