Job summary

Vibe Recruit is seeking a Yard Operative in Oxford to join a busy team. This hands-on role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm, with every other Saturday 7:00am–11:00am, indoors and outdoors, loading/unloading deliveries and sorting stock.

You should be physically fit with good communication, reliable and a team player. A Forklift Truck (FLT Bendi) licence is advantageous but training can be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Be physically fit and comfortable on feet throughout the day.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be reliable, hardworking and prepared to get stuck in.
• Work effectively as part of a small team.
• Have a good awareness of Health & Safety.

We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a busy and successful team, working Monday to Friday with every other Saturday. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is physically fit, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team.

The Role

As a Yard Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Working as part of a friendly, busy and supportive team
• Sorting and organising stock
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving materials and stock around the yard and warehouse
• Working both indoors and outdoors
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all relevant Health & Safety procedures
• Supporting the wider warehouse and yard operations as required

About You

The successful candidate will:
