Job summary

The Clancy Group is seeking a Reinstatement Team Leader in Otterbourne to coordinate field resources and oversee site backfill, reinstatement, and site clear operations. The role focuses on delivering safe, compliant work and achieving the company’s service goals in the Otterbourne area.

Ideal candidates have prior Team Leader or Supervisor experience in reinstatement, with knowledge of construction and water industry processes, plus a valid driving licence and a Streetworks ticket for hot lay

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with good knowledge of reinstatement and understanding of the construction & water industry.
• Full, clean driving licence is essential and a valid streetworks ticket covering hot lay of bitumen material along with demonstrable experience of black and white top works.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach field-based resources to deliver reinstatement and site clear operations.
• Plan, organise and control labour, plant and resources for efficiency.
• Maintain targets for health & safety, quality and customer satisfaction through field teams.
• Provide operational & technical support to prevent and manage incidents.

Job description

You will be working closely with clients, subcontractors and direct labour force, to plan, organise and support field resources in the day-to-day framework operations across Otterbourne and the surrounding area.

The Role:

You will be facilitating the delivery of a leading reinstatement and site clear service, that supports all delivery routes to achieve our Business Plan and beyond, whilst maintaining a healthy and safe workforce.

Activities you will be involved in include…

• Manage and coach direct and sub-contract field-based resources to deliver compliant backfill, reinstatement and site clear operations
• Maximise the day-to-day organisation, planning and control of labour, plant and resources to ensure efficiency
• Implement, monitor and maintain targets for health & safety, quality and customer satisfaction through your field teams
• Provide operational & technical support to prevent and proactively manage any event or incident

If you have previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with a good all-round knowledge of reinstatement and understanding of the construction & water industry we would love to hear from you.
