Job summary

Clancy is seeking a Reinstatement Supervisor to ensure reinstatement works are carried out safely and to the highest standards. You will coach and manage several reinstatement teams, attend site meetings with Highways, and oversee planning, resourcing and materials to keep projects on track.

We value strong communication, practical problem-solving, and comfort with technology. A full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in reinstatement or construction is essential.
  • Full valid driving licence required.
  • Good communication and comfort with technology are important to succeed in the role.

  • Coach, mentor and manage several Reinstatement teams.

  • Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and prevent mistakes.
  • Manage employee training to maximise direct reports' contributions.
  • Ensure all works comply with H&S and environmental legislation.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovative ideas.

The Role:

We have an opportunity for a Reinstatement Supervisor to join our team, to be responsible for ensuring reinstatement works are carried out safely and to the highest standards.

Here are just a few of the activities you’ll be involved in:
  • Coaching, mentoring and managing several Reinstatement teams
  • Attending site meetings and liaising with Highways, to ensure works are planned effectively, including resourcing, plant and materials
  • Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes
  • Manage employee training and ensure your direct reports are able to make their best contribution
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation
  • Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas

Previous supervisory experience and technical knowledge of the construction and reinstatement industry is essential as is a full and valid driving license.

Great communication skills, common sense and being comfortable with technology are important to skills to be successful in the role.
