Job summary

PPM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in Oldbury. The role focuses on high standards of food preparation, presentation and service.

You will plan and oversee food preparation, manage stock, ensure food hygiene, train junior staff, control costs, and work with management to deliver excellent service. DBS check is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and ensure a high standard of food preparation, presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team on a day-to-day basis
