Job summary

Tender Loving Care at Home Ltd in Nottingham is seeking Female Home Care Workers who are drivers to join our committed team. You will help service users stay independent and safe in their own homes, providing personal care, companionship and light domestic support.

Flexibility is key as care shifts cover various times and every other weekend. You must have your own car and be reliable, compassionate and respectful in delivering person-centred care to clients across the area.

What we’re looking for

We are currently looking for Female Home Care Workers who are drivers to join our friendly team.

You will need to be flexible, as our care service operates across a range of times, including every other weekend.

We have opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours, depending on your availability.

You MUST be a driver with access to your own vehicle.

Female carers required due to the personal care needs and preferences of some of our service users.

What you’ll be doing

As a Home Care Worker, you will play an important role in helping our service users remain independent, safe and comfortable in their own homes.

Every day is different, and your role may include providing personal care, supporting with medication, preparing meals, shopping, light domestic tasks, companionship, attending appointments and helping people to stay connected with their families and community.

Most importantly, you'll provide care in a person-centred way, respecting each individual's choices, dignity, privacy, independence and way of life.
