Dimensions in Nottingham is seeking a patient, organised and personable male Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a gentleman in his 30s with autism in the NG5 area.

We're looking for a patient, organised and personable male Support Worker to join our team in Nottingham (NG5), supporting a gentleman in his 30s with autism.
This is a highly rewarding 1:1 lone-working role, where you'll build a strong, trusting relationship and support someone to live independently, confidently and on their own terms.

Relief work is offered depending on service requirements and you have full flexibility to choose shifts around your availability.
Experience is beneficial but not essential — we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Dimensions.
