Job summary

Fifth Wheel Recruitment are seeking experienced Class 1 Drivers for shifts in Wirral. Start times range from 17:00 to 20:00 with flexible shifts. Earn £17.86–£25.00 per hour, with weeknights and weekend night premiums. Immediate starts, weekly pay, and ongoing training are offered.

You will drive a Class 1 HGV, trunking in Curtain sider or Box Trailer, with a focus on compliance with WTD regulations. Visa or relocation help is not provided.

Qualifications

• Class 1 driving licence and valid DCPC and Digi-tacho cards are required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience driving commercially.
• UK resident with the ability to travel to site for shifts.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Driving a Class 1 HGV vehicle
• Trunking work in a Curtain sider or a Box Trailer

About you:

You will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 6 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
