The PA will build a trusting relationship, organise activities, accompany outings and maintain safeguarding and communication with the family and support network.

Introduction:
A gentleman in Pembrokeshire is looking to employ a Personal Assistant to support him with his son's care needs, providing companionship and supporting the young person to access the community. This young person has many varied interests that the PA would support including outings in the car, walks, as well as activities within the home. This post is funded through the Direct Payments scheme, which aims to enable the family to manage their son's support and meet his care needs independently. The successful applicant should be friendly and supportive and be able to work flexibly to meet these.
