Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries is seeking a Room Leader for our Patterdale Lodge setting. This term-time only role focuses on delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, while leading a dedicated room team.

You will support colleagues, foster development, and build strong relationships with children and families to tailor learning experiences. Join a close-knit, values-driven nursery family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, promoting a collaborative environment and professional development.

How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader:
