Job summary

Kids Planet Day Nurseries in Liverpool is seeking a Room Leader to lead a room within our nursery and deliver high-quality early years education in line with EYFS.

You'll inspire and support your team, build strong relationships with children and families, and ensure every child’s learning and wellbeing are met daily, while benefitting from our supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Supporting and guiding the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Building strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported.
