Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting CS&A Engineers for hybrid roles across our UK office network, including Stockton, Newcastle, Bristol, Gloucester, Glasgow, Warrington and more. The positions are contract roles inside IR35 with rates starting from £45ph.

BPSS clearance is required and you will be expected to lead technical work, mentor junior designers and deliver design documents in line with project scope and quality standards.

• Ability to chair and facilitate design reviews and meetings.
• Experience in complex engineering activities with independent work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical quality and delivery within scope, time, and cost.

LOCATIONS: WARRINGTON, CUMBRIA, GLASGOW, GLOUCESTER, BRISTOL, NEWCASTLE & STOCKTON

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking CS&A Engineers to support hybrid working and can be based across our office network within the UK - Stockton, Newcastle, Bristol, Gloucester, Glasgow, Westlakes and Warrington.

These are contract positions inside IR35 with rates starting from £45ph

BPSS clearance is required for this role.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical quality and excellence of your work and the work of those working under you to ensure engineering delivery meets scope, time, cost and quality
• Project planning, delivery and financial performance of your work and that of junior staff
• Communication with clients and other design team members to provide technical input and justification
• Technical and professional guidance, support and development of more junior designers
• Responsible for the development and delivery of design documents and solutions
• Chair and facilitate technical and non-technical meetings including progress meetings and design reviews
• Independent and autonomous work during the delivery of complex engineering activities
• Be fully conversant with business and quality management systems and actively encourage compliance within team.
