Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting CS&A Engineers for hybrid roles across our UK office network, including Stockton, Newcastle, Bristol, Gloucester, Glasgow, Warrington and more. The positions are contract roles inside IR35 with rates starting from £45ph.

BPSS clearance is required and you will be expected to lead technical work, mentor junior designers and deliver design documents in line with project scope and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engineering design documents and solutions.
• Ability to chair and facilitate design reviews and meetings.
• Experience in complex engineering activities with independent work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical quality and delivery within scope, time, and cost.
• Plan, deliver, and financially manage projects and junior staff.
• Communicate with clients and design team to provide input and justification.
• Guide and develop junior designers.
• Develop and deliver design documents and solutions.
• Chair progress meetings and design reviews.
• Work independently on complex engineering activities.
• Ensure adherence to business and quality management systems.
