Greggs PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around, inspiring the team and delivering a brilliant customer experience across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru.

Job description

Salary: £14.00 per hour which includes a 20p per hour band increment.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first. As part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive thru. You’ll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online. While no two shifts will be the same, during a typical shift you can expect to:

£35,714 per annum plus Additional Commission subject to eligibility.
