Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join the team in Berkshire with travel across the South of England. You will handle PPM, reactive calls, fault diagnosis, repair and commissioning, working across commercial, industrial and residential environments.

The role includes an on-call rota for emergency breakdown support and requires strong fault-finding across fire and electronic security systems, delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Fire & Security Service Engineer or similar role.
• Strong fault-finding skills across fire and electronic security systems.
• Ability to perform maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on fire and security systems across multiple sites.
• Respond to reactive call-outs and diagnose faults to restore operation.
• Provide high standards of service and customer communication during site visits.
