Veolia is hiring at the Alresford Household Waste Recycling Centre in Hampshire. The role involves assisting the public with waste disposal, ensuring safety and cleanliness, and promoting recycling at the site.

You will operate the tablet-based booking system and manage trade waste controls while working across a 7-day pattern. The position offers the chance to contribute to environmental initiatives and to be part of Veolia’s inclusive culture.

• Assist members of the public at the household recycling centre with waste and recycling disposal.
• Ensure the health and safety of all members of the public, visitors, staff and contractors at the site.
• Ensure that materials on site are recycled as much as possible.
• Ensure that the facility is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up before leaving the area.
• Operate the IT Tablet based booking system.
• Trade waste control.
