Job summary

Bluebird Care Durham North is seeking a dedicated Care Professional to provide high-quality care to customers in Solihull. As part of a supportive team, your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care and meal preparation, ensuring clients have the dignity and respect they deserve.

This role comes with a competitive hourly rate between £13.50 and £14.65, flexible shifts, comprehensive training, and a friendly support team. A full UK driving licence is required, and previous care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person’s individual needs
• Assist with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with meal prep, preparation and nutrition
• Support with medication, prescriptions and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework like tidying, laundry and general cleaning
• Be a dependable friendly, familiar face for all the customers you care for
