NFP People is seeking a Social Prescribing Administrator to provide essential administrative support and help the service run efficiently. Based in Harborne, Birmingham, this hybrid, part-time role supports the Social Prescribing Service across Birmingham and North Solihull.
You will coordinate with prescribers, coordinators, volunteers and partners, maintaining records with case management systems and MS Office.

Hours: Part-time, up to 25 hours per week (ideally Monday to Friday hours to be agreed)

Working as part of Social Prescribing Service, you will support the delivery of services across Birmingham and North Solihull. You will work closely with Social Prescribers, Coordinators, volunteers, partner organisations, healthcare professionals, and service users, often acting as a first point of contact.
You will maintain accurate records using case management systems, Microsoft Office and other digital systems. You will coordinate communication between key stakeholders, and work collaboratively with colleagues and volunteers, providing guidance on administrative processes and systems where required. As an ambassador for the organisation, you will help deliver a professional, welcoming, and person-centred service.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has previous administration experience:
