Job summary

Gateway Family Services in Harborne, Birmingham is seeking a Social Prescribing Administrator to provide essential administrative support to ensure the service runs efficiently.

You will work as part of Social Prescribing Service across Birmingham and North Solihull, handling records, coordinating with prescribers, volunteers and partners, and acting as a first point of contact in a welcoming, person-centred manner. This permanent role offers hybrid working and up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and frontline reception.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with empathy.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Competent with MS Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Social Prescribing services across Birmingham and North Solihull.
• Maintain accurate records using case management and MS Office tools.
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and provide guidance on admin processes.
• Act as a friendly first point of contact and uphold a professional, person-centred service.
